- Train, coach, and mentor store managers and their teams to ensure consistent and exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and brand representation.
- Monitor and analyze sales and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and profitability of each store within the district.
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and execution of company initiatives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability.
- Identify and develop top talent within the district to support succession planning and career growth opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to make informed business decisions.
- Represent the J.Crew brand and uphold its values and standards at all times.
- Manage budgets and expenses within the district to meet financial targets.
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, as well as handle employee relations issues as they arise.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on district performance, strategies, and recommendations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve district operations, processes, and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Achieving Financial Targets.
