- Lead the implementation and integration of Workday HCM across all HR functions and business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and prioritize HR technology needs and enhancements.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of all HR technology systems, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems, and establish data governance standards.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hris Management, With Specific Experience In Workday Hcm.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Best Practices.
Excellent Project Management Skills And The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team.
