
Associate Planner - Suiting & Accessories

In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing the overall merchandise strategy for our brand, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers and align with our company vision. - Develop and execute the merchandise strategy for the Suiting & Accessories division in alignment with the overall company vision.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed decisions about product assortment and inventory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including buying, design, and marketing to ensure that products meet customer needs and align with brand image.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify opportunities and potential risks in the market.
- Create and manage merchandise plans, including assortment, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Work closely with the buying team to ensure timely delivery and availability of products.
- Communicate with vendors to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and resolve any product-related issues.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of product performance and sales data.
- Train and develop junior team members to ensure understanding and execution of merchandise strategies.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the overall performance of the division.
- Stay up-to-date with fashion and market trends, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth.
- Represent the brand with passion and enthusiasm, both internally and externally.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
Bachelor's Degree In Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Fashion Retail, Preferably In A Planning Or Buying Role.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Decisions.
Knowledge Of Industry Trends And Competition In The Suit And Accessories Market.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Buying, Design, And Merchandising Teams.
