- Lead and manage a team of retail associates, providing guidance and support in achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends and opportunities, and adjust store operations accordingly.
- Train and onboard new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to represent the J.Crew brand.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging and execution.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is visually appealing and showcases the latest collections.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and manage stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform business decisions.
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote the brand and drive traffic to the store.
- Collaborate with the corporate team to provide feedback on product assortment, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention, safety, and employee conduct.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing J.Crew both in-store and within the local community.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Retail Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.
Knowledge Of Fashion Trends And Experience In Merchandising And Inventory Management.
