- Lead and manage a team of retail associates to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Train and develop team members to uphold the J.Crew brand standards and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Create and implement effective strategies to drive sales and meet performance targets.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and motivation.
- Maintain strong knowledge of current fashion trends and J.Crew products to provide style advice and recommendations to customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to create a loyal customer base.
- Ensure store operations run smoothly and efficiently, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with upper management and provide regular updates on store performance and team development.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in recruiting and hiring new team members to maintain a strong and diverse workforce.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Retail Management Or Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team.
Knowledge Of Fashion Trends And Previous Experience In The Fashion Industry Is Preferred.
