8. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members to ensure a strong and knowledgeable staff.
9. Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals and drive business growth.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal laws and regulations.
