  1. Oversee the production process and manage all aspects of production for J.Crew fashion products.
  2. Ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality products to meet customer demands.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, sourcing, and logistics to develop production plans and schedules.
  4. Monitor and track production budgets, costs, and timelines to ensure targets are met.
  5. Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain high standards of product quality.
  6. Identify and troubleshoot any production issues or delays, and implement solutions to resolve them.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
  8. Manage and negotiate production contracts and agreements with suppliers.
  9. Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
  10. Analyze production data and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and technology advancements to continuously improve production processes.
  12. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations in the production facility.
  13. Act as a liaison between production teams and other departments, communicating any updates or changes in production plans.
  14. Assist in the development and implementation of new production strategies and initiatives to improve overall operations.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Production Or Operations Role Within The Fashion Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Garment Construction And Production Processes.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Production Management Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines.
