  1. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
  2. Set an example for the team by consistently demonstrating excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  3. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members to ensure a high-performing and knowledgeable staff.
  4. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales.
  6. Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and execute sales plans and initiatives.
  7. Ensure that the store is visually appealing and merchandised according to company standards.
  8. Manage inventory levels and communicate with the Store Manager to ensure product availability.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized styling advice and recommendations.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively promote and sell J.Crew products.
  12. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure store environment.
  13. Assist in the preparation of budget and sales forecasts.
  14. Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide coaching and feedback to drive performance.
  15. Demonstrate a passion for the J.Crew brand and promote a positive brand image.
