  1. Develop and implement effective inventory allocation strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and sales trends to make timely and accurate allocation decisions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast and plan product needs for each store location.
  4. Analyze sales data and product performance to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  5. Communicate allocation plans and strategies to store teams and provide support to ensure successful execution.
  6. Review and adjust allocation plans based on real-time sales and inventory data to optimize product availability and minimize overstock.
  7. Conduct regular store visits to gather feedback and insights on product performance and inventory needs.
  8. Work closely with merchandising and buying teams to ensure proper product assortment and inventory levels.
  9. Train and mentor junior allocation team members to ensure consistent and efficient allocation processes.
  10. Monitor and manage inventory flow to ensure timely replenishment and minimize stockouts.
  11. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inventory management to continuously improve processes.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to inventory management and allocation.
  14. Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Contribute to the achievement of sales and profitability targets through effective inventory management and allocation.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Retail Allocation, Preferably Within The Fashion Industry

  • Proficient In Microsoft Excel And Inventory Management Systems

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment And Manage Multiple Priorities Effectively
