- Monitor inventory levels and sales trends to make timely and accurate allocation decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast and plan product needs for each store location.
- Analyze sales data and product performance to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Communicate allocation plans and strategies to store teams and provide support to ensure successful execution.
- Review and adjust allocation plans based on real-time sales and inventory data to optimize product availability and minimize overstock.
- Conduct regular store visits to gather feedback and insights on product performance and inventory needs.
- Work closely with merchandising and buying teams to ensure proper product assortment and inventory levels.
- Train and mentor junior allocation team members to ensure consistent and efficient allocation processes.
- Monitor and manage inventory flow to ensure timely replenishment and minimize stockouts.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inventory management to continuously improve processes.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to inventory management and allocation.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Retail Allocation, Preferably Within The Fashion Industry
Proficient In Microsoft Excel And Inventory Management Systems
