Senior Client Advisor

IWC Schaffhausen is looking for a Senior Client Advisor to join our team. Our ideal candidate should be an experienced customer service professional with a passion for luxury watchmaking who is eager to provide our customers with an outstanding shopping experience.The Senior Client Advisor must have a strong understanding of the luxury watch industry and a comprehensive knowledge of IWC Schaffhausen’s product range. They must be able to converse with customers in a knowledgeable, professional, and engaging manner, and be capable of upselling and promoting products. They must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.This position requires a personable, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual, with a strong commitment to customer service and a natural flair for sales. Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to IWC Schaffhausen customers.
2. Communicate product knowledge and features with customers in a professional and engaging manner.
3. Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with customers and foster loyalty.
4. Upsell and promote IWC Schaffhausen products.
5. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the luxury watch industry and the IWC Schaffhausen product range.
6. Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
7. Demonstrate a natural flair for sales and an understanding of customer needs.
8. Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
9. Exercise a high level of organization and attention to detail.
