
VP Global Channels & Alliances
Iron Mountain is looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as Vice President of Global Channels & Alliances. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the VP Global Channels & Alliances will create, develop, and manage Iron Mountain’s global partner and channels strategy to drive growth in the global markets we serve.The ideal candidate is an experienced, highly motivated leader with a track record of success in the global technology and services industry. He/she should be a creative problem solver with a knack for developing and executing strategic business plans, and have the ability to establish and maintain relationships with executive-level decision makers.The successful candidate will possess strong experience in building and managing partner relationships, developing and delivering successful go-to-market strategies, and driving revenue growth through global channel and alliance partnerships. The VP Global Channels & Alliances should also have a proven track record of successfully leading a team, and the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field• 10+ years’ experience in business development, alliance management, or related field• Proven track record of successfully leading teams• Ability to build relationships with and influence executive-level decision makers• Analytical and strategic mindset• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams• Knowledge of global markets and channelsIf you are an experienced leader with a passion for developing and executing successful strategic business plans, this is the perfect opportunity for you to join a fast-paced and rapidly growing company.
