Job Description

If so, Iron Mountain has a great opportunity for you as a UX/UI Digital Experience Analyst.In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the digital experience for our customers, ensuring that their interactions with our products and services are seamless and user-friendly. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the overall user experience.To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices, as well as experience with user research, wireframing, and prototyping.   1. Conduct user research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the digital experience.
  3. Develop wireframes and prototypes to visualize and test new design ideas.
  4. Analyze user feedback and data to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement.
  5. Create and maintain a user-centric design approach, incorporating UX/UI best practices and industry standards.
  6. Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  7. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align digital experience with overall brand strategy.
  9. Monitor and track key performance metrics to measure the success of design changes and optimizations.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in UX/UI design and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Communicate and present design ideas, concepts, and solutions to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  12. Ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all digital touchpoints, including web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
  13. Continuously monitor and improve the user journey and experience, identifying and addressing pain points and barriers.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on UX/UI design principles and best practices within the organization.
  15. Foster a culture of user-centric design thinking and continuous improvement within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Or Computer Science.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In User Experience And Interface Design, Preferably In A Digital Environment.

  • Proficiency In Design And Prototyping Tools Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Or Invision.

  • Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And The Ability To Conduct User Research And Usability Testing.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Teams Such As Product Management, Engineering, And Marketing.
