
Technical Lead, Salesforce Support

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Iron Mountain's Salesforce platform and its integration with other systems
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce support analysts to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement enhancements and new features on the Salesforce platform
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity and system functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for the Salesforce platform
- Provide guidance and training to end-users on Salesforce functionality and capabilities
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to optimize the use of the Salesforce platform
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of business needs and technical solutions
- Assist with project management and ensure timely delivery of Salesforce-related projects and initiatives.
Extensive Salesforce Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With Salesforce, Including Experience In Leading Technical Projects And Providing Support To End Users.
Technical Expertise: The Technical Lead Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Salesforce Architecture, Configuration, And Customization. They Should Also Have Experience With Apex, Visualforce, And Other Salesforce Development Tools.
Team Leadership: As A Technical Lead, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Salesforce Support Professionals. They Should Have Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Mentor And Guide Team Members.
Problem-Solving Skills: The Technical Lead Should Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues Related To Salesforce. They Should Have A Strong Analytical Mindset And Be Able To Provide Creative Solutions To Technical Challenges.
