  1. Oversee the successful delivery of services to clients by managing the entire client delivery process.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
  3. Lead and manage a team of project managers to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
  4. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet client requirements and goals.
  5. Monitor and track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve any issues that arise.
  6. Communicate project updates and status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  7. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance client delivery.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards throughout the client delivery process.
  10. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Iron Mountain's services and solutions to effectively meet client needs.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure consistent and high-quality client delivery.
  12. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the client delivery process.
  13. Represent Iron Mountain in a professional manner and uphold the company's values and reputation.
  14. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities and fostering existing client relationships.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Client Delivery Or Program Management Role, Preferably In A Corporate Or B2B Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies And Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Client Relationships And Negotiate Contracts.

  • Proficient In Project Management Software And Tools, Such As Microsoft Project And Agile Methodologies.
