Job Description

Welcome to Iron Mountain, a global leader in information management and storage solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team and drive growth for our Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) services. As a key member of our Sales team, you will have the opportunity to utilize your strategic thinking and business development skills to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and drive revenue.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth for Iron Mountain's Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) services.
  2. Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and networking with potential clients.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas and stay updated on industry trends.
  5. Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  6. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of Iron Mountain's ALM services.
  7. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including client interactions and revenue projections.
  9. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze competitors' activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  11. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate and position Iron Mountain's services to clients.
  12. Represent Iron Mountain at industry events and conferences to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Operations, to ensure successful execution of sales strategies.
  14. Mentor and train junior members of the Sales team to support their professional development.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards, in all sales activities.

  • Extensive Experience In Account Management And Business Development: A Sr. Business Development Executive At Iron Mountain Should Possess A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Major Accounts, As Well As Developing New Business Opportunities.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Alm Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Alm (Asset And Liability Management) Industry, Including Its Trends, Challenges, And Key Players. This Knowledge Will Be Crucial In Identifying And Pursuing New Business Opportunities.

  • Exceptional Communication And Negotiation Skills: As A Senior Executive, The Candidate Must Have Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients, Partners, And Internal Stakeholders. This Includes The Ability To Present Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner And To Influence Decision-Making.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Role Of A Sr. Business Development Executive At Iron Mountain Requires Strategic Thinking And The Ability To Identify And Pursue New Business Opportunities. The Candidate Should Also Be Able To Analyze Complex Situations, Identify Potential Roadblocks, And Develop Effective Solutions.
