Job Description

The Database Administrator (DBA) is responsible for the Installation, configuration, and maintenance of SQL Server Database environments across multiple Operating Systems and versions. Provide operational support for SSAS, SSIS, and SSRS. Management of SQL Server environments and health. Create, modify, analyze, and manage T-SQL scripts and Connections strings to database environments. Participate in architectural reviews and workshops with other teams or third parties. Collaborate with global and project teams to design system environments and develop architectural diagrams. Perform high level analysis and design reviews.

Job Qualifications

  • Database Version: SQL Server 2008 through SQL Server 2017

  • Network Technology: A basic understanding of Active Directory, DNS, TCP/IP

  • Cluster technologies: MS Clustering

  • Database Components: SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, SSMS, Maintenance Plan Creation – Editing – Execution, Performance Tuning
