  1. Provide top-notch customer service by responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns.
  2. Utilize technical knowledge and expertise to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during service delivery.
  3. Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of client needs.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for service delivery.
  5. Conduct regular performance reviews and audits to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency in service delivery.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously enhance service delivery processes.
  7. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of new technology solutions to improve service delivery.
  9. Train and onboard new team members on service delivery processes and procedures.
  10. Maintain accurate and detailed records of service delivery activities and provide timely reports to management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Service Delivery, Preferably In A Technology-Focused Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of It Infrastructure, Systems, And Applications.

  • Experience With Project Management And Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Customer-Centric Mindset.
