
Senior Compensation Analyst

- Develop and implement compensation programs and strategies that align with organizational goals and attract top talent.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages for all positions.
- Collaborate with HR team and business leaders to understand and address compensation needs.
- Conduct job evaluations and create salary structures to ensure internal equity and consistency.
- Evaluate and recommend changes to existing compensation plans and policies.
- Monitor and review compensation trends to ensure the organization remains competitive.
- Advise and educate managers and employees on compensation-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation.
- Manage the annual performance review process and provide guidance on compensation decisions.
- Develop and maintain accurate compensation data and reports for management and audit purposes.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting to ensure accurate and timely reporting of compensation expenses.
- Train and mentor junior compensation analysts as needed.
- Continuously review and improve compensation processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and make recommendations for improvement.
- Work with external vendors and consultants as needed to support compensation initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compensation Analysis, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Compensation Principles And Practices, Including Job Evaluation, Salary Structures, And Incentive Plans.
Experience With Market Pricing And Conducting Salary Surveys To Ensure Competitive Compensation Packages.
Excellent Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Compensation Software.
