  1. Lead and manage a team of service delivery professionals to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of Salesforce solutions.
  2. Develop and maintain service delivery processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of Salesforce projects.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to understand business needs and develop Salesforce solutions that meet those needs.
  4. Train and mentor team members on Salesforce technologies and best practices.
  5. Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce, staying up-to-date on new features and updates and identifying opportunities for implementation within the organization.
  6. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of service delivery processes and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  8. Monitor and report on service delivery metrics, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the implementation or maintenance of Salesforce solutions.
  10. Stay informed on industry trends and developments, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within the organization.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and roadblocks.
  12. Collaborate with Salesforce vendors and partners to ensure successful implementation and integration of Salesforce solutions.
  13. Lead and participate in meetings, trainings, and workshops related to Salesforce service delivery.
  14. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Salesforce Service Cloud: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Salesforce Service Cloud Platform, Including Its Various Features And Capabilities. They Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Hands-On Experience Implementing And Customizing Service Cloud Solutions For Enterprise Clients.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: As A Service Delivery Tech Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Projects And Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Services. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Delivering Complex Salesforce Projects, From Requirement Gathering To Deployment And Post-Implementation Support.

  • Knowledge Of It Service Management (Itsm) Best Practices: Iron Mountain Is A Leader In Information Management, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of It Service Management Best Practices. They Should Be Familiar With Itil Processes And Frameworks And Have Experience In Implementing Them In Salesforce Service Cloud.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Stakeholders, And Project Teams. They Should Also Have Strong Interpersonal Skills To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Developers, Architects, And Business Analysts.

  • Salesforce Certifications: Iron Mountain Is Looking For Candidates With Relevant Salesforce Certifications, Such As Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, And Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder. These Certifications Demonstrate A High Level Of Expertise And Proficiency In Salesforce Service Cloud Implementation And Customization.
