- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the readiness and effectiveness of our sales team in executing sales programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any gaps in the sales program process.
- Create training materials and resources to support the sales team in understanding and implementing sales programs.
- Monitor and analyze sales program performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct regular trainings and workshops to ensure the sales team is up-to-date on all sales program information and strategies.
- Act as a liaison between sales and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on sales program goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to gather feedback and insights on sales program effectiveness.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales program management.
- Develop and manage budgets for sales program activities.
- Regularly report on sales program progress and results to upper management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to continuously enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales programs.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales program coordinators to ensure the successful execution of sales programs.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Iron Mountain's products, services, and target market.
- Represent Iron Mountain at industry events and conferences to promote our sales programs and generate leads.
- Uphold Iron Mountain's values and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Or Program Management, Preferably In A B2B Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Sales Programs, With A Focus On Driving Revenue Growth And Achieving Targets.
