- Ensure records are accurately organized, stored, and accessible for clients.
- Develop and implement record-keeping best practices to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their specific record management needs and requirements.
- Monitor and track records to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the destruction of records in accordance with clients' retention schedules.
- Train and supervise team members on record management procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or requests related to their records.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in record management technology.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all records in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare and present reports on record management activities and performance metrics.
- Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise with record management processes and systems.
- Continuously evaluate and improve record management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Information Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Records Management Or Information Management, Preferably In A Corporate Or Government Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Records Retention Policies And Procedures, As Well As Compliance Regulations.
Proficiency In Records Management Software And Systems, Such As Iron Mountain's Iron Mountain Connect.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Prioritize Multiple Tasks And Projects.
