Iron Mountain is searching for a dynamic and driven Manager of ESG Reporting and Projects to join our team. As a key member of the Corporate Sustainability team, this individual will administer and manage the company's ESG reporting and projects, including coordinating the annual CDP Climate Change and Sustainability questionnaire, ESG reporting to international indices, and other initiatives.The ideal candidate will have an environmental or sustainability background, as well as experience managing multiple concurrent projects and leading cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and administer ESG reporting and projects for Iron Mountain.
  2. Coordinate the annual CDP Climate Change and Sustainability questionnaire.
  3. Report ESG information to international indices.
  4. Develop and implement other initiatives as needed.
  5. Manage multiple concurrent projects and lead cross-functional teams.
  6. Ensure accuracy of all ESG-related data.
  7. Maintain superior organizational skill and communication skills.
  8. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail.
  9. Deliver results in a timely manner.
  10. Keep abreast of current trends in ESG reporting and sustainability.
