  1. Oversee the efficient and effective operations of critical facilities, including power and cooling systems, to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance and repair schedules for critical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  3. Monitor and analyze critical systems performance, identifying and addressing any potential issues or risks.
  4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, conducting regular safety inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute new installations, upgrades, and expansions of critical systems.
  6. Train and mentor junior facility specialists to ensure a highly skilled and knowledgeable team.
  7. Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, maintenance records, and equipment inventory.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in critical facility management, and make recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  10. Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including management, clients, and other team members, to provide updates on critical systems and address any concerns or inquiries.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working In A Critical Facility Environment, Preferably In Data Centers Or Colocation Facilities.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Critical Facility Infrastructure Systems, Including Hvac, Electrical, And Fire Protection.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Technicians And Engineers.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities, With A Focus On Ensuring Uptime And Minimizing Downtime For Critical Systems.
