  1. Lead and oversee the implementation of HR transformation initiatives to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation within the HR function.
  2. Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely and successful delivery of HR transformation projects.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate areas for improvement within HR processes.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  5. Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, including senior management.
  6. Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
  7. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  8. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change management within the HR function.
  9. Provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.
  11. Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and presentations.
  12. Identify and implement best practices for project management and HR transformation.
  13. Proactively identify and address barriers to project success, taking corrective action as needed.
  14. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to HR transformation and project management.
  15. Act as a champion for change, promoting the value and benefits of HR transformation initiatives to all stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Hr Transformation Projects.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Large-Scale Hr Transformation Initiatives.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Develop And Manage Project Plans, Budgets, And Timelines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
