Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with universities and other educational institutions to find and recruit potential candidates • Assist in the recruitment process by conducting background checks, scheduling interviews, and providing support to the hiring team • Maintain accurate records of applicants and their information • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience • Design and implement strategies to identify and attract top talent • Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates • Utilize job boards, social media, and other channels to advertise and promote open positions • Assist in the onboarding process of new hires and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Perform other duties as assigned.
