Iron Mountain is looking for an experienced and motivated Director of Professional Services Operations to join our team. Reporting to the Vice President of Professional Services, the successful candidate will have responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of the Professional Services team, including overseeing the delivery of projects, managing budgets, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. An understanding of project management and accounting principles is essential, as is a demonstrated track record of managing successful projects. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Professional Services team, including managing budgets, overseeing the delivery of projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for increasing project efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  3. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of all projects.
  4. Lead a team of project managers and other professionals to ensure successful project delivery.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and vendors.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  7. Analyze project data and provide timely reports to the Vice President of Professional Services.
  8. Identify and address any potential risks or issues with projects.
  9. Establish and maintain industry best practices.
  10. Provide guidance and support to the Professional Services team.
