Job Description

At Iron Mountain, we’re looking for a Director, Analyst Relations to join our team and help drive our company’s success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving growth, a strong understanding of the technology industry, and the ability to develop relationships with key analysts and media.The successful candidate will be a strategic leader and relationship builder who is highly organized and a creative problem-solver. The Director, Analyst Relations will lead a team to build and maintain relationships with key industry analysts and media outlets. This individual will also create and execute plans to ensure Iron Mountain’s presence in the analyst community, as well as develop content and strategies to elevate Iron Mountain’s profile.To be successful in this role, you should have an advanced degree in business, marketing, public relations, or a related field, with at least 7 years of experience in a corporate analyst relations, communications, or public relations role. You must also have a proven track record of developing and managing successful analyst relations and media relations programs. Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, are also essential.
