Director ALM Product Management

Iron Mountain is looking for a Director of ALM Product Management to lead the development of our ALM portfolio and help shape the future of our company. The goal for this role is to create an innovative and comprehensive product strategy and execution plan to ensure that our ALM products are successful in the market and remain competitive.The ideal candidate will be an experienced and motivated leader with a proven track record in product management, a passion for developing products that will drive success for our customers, and a clear understanding of the needs of our ALM customers. They should have a deep understanding of the ALM market and a clear vision of what our products need to deliver to meet customer needs. They must also be able to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders, motivating and inspiring the team to create the best ALM products and solutions.Required Qualifications:• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field• At least 8 years of experience in a senior product management role• Experience in managing complex products, including market analysis and customer requirements• A strategic and analytical mindset with an understanding of the ALM landscape• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and motivate teams• Proven track record of delivering products on time and on budget• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
