In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our digital solutions and be responsible for driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients.   1. Serve as the primary contact for potential clients interested in our digital solutions.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  3. Understand the features and benefits of our digital solutions in order to effectively communicate and sell them to potential clients.
  4. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and generate leads.
  5. Utilize various sales techniques to present our digital solutions in a compelling and persuasive manner.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  7. Collaborate with other members of the sales team to strategize and optimize sales efforts.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions.
  9. Continuously expand knowledge of industry trends and developments to effectively position our digital solutions in the market.
  10. Represent Iron Mountain in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for our company and promote our products and services.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service and support to potential clients throughout the sales process.
  13. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  14. Attend sales meetings, conferences, and events to network and generate new business opportunities.
  15. Continuously work towards personal and professional development to improve sales skills and knowledge of our products and services.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Digital Inside Sales Representative At Iron Mountain, You Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Potential Clients Through Various Channels, Such As Phone Calls, Emails, And Online Messaging. Therefore, Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Essential For This Role.

  • Knowledge Of Digital Solutions: Iron Mountain Offers A Range Of Digital Solutions For Managing And Storing Data, Such As Cloud Storage, Digital Archiving, And Data Protection. A Qualified Digital Inside Sales Representative Should Have A Solid Understanding Of These Solutions And Be Able To Effectively Communicate Their Benefits To Clients.

  • Sales Experience: Previous Experience In Sales, Particularly In A Digital Or Technology-Related Field, Is Highly Desirable For This Role. A Successful Digital Inside Sales Representative Should Be Adept At Identifying And Pursuing Sales Opportunities, As Well As Closing Deals And Meeting Sales Targets.

  • Technical Aptitude: While Not Necessarily A Requirement, Having A Basic Understanding Of Technology And Digital Platforms Can Be Beneficial For A Digital Inside Sales Representative. This Knowledge Can Help In Understanding Client Needs And Addressing Any Technical Queries They May Have.
