We are looking for a self-motivated and organized individual who is able to work independently and collaboratively with other members of the legal team.If you have a J.D. from an accredited law school, have experience in corporate law and have a passion for providing legal advice and guidance, then this role is for you. We are looking for someone who is able to accurately and efficiently review and draft contracts, provide legal advice and counsel, and work with outside counsel and clients.
