Continuous Improvement Specialist

Iron Mountain is looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team and help us reach our objectives. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our organization and will have the chance to make an impact in our operations. The ideal candidate should have a passion for process improvement and a drive to make a difference.The Continuous Improvement Specialist will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives and projects, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies. The successful candidate will also identify areas for improvement, lead and implement change and create a culture of continuous improvement.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering or related field, and a minimum of two years of experience in continuous improvement or related field. A Lean Six Sigma certification and experience with process improvement initiatives is highly preferred. The candidate should be well-versed in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and have strong problem solving, decision-making and organizational skills. The ability to work with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate with stakeholders is also essential.
