Continuous Improvement Specialist

Iron Mountain is seeking a highly organized and motivated Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team! We are looking for an individual who is passionate about process improvement and helping the organization reach its goals. The successful candidate should have a strong background in process optimization and a keen eye for detail. We are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to drive organizational results.The ideal candidate for this role will have experience with Lean Six Sigma and/or process improvement methodologies, as well as a background in developing and implementing process improvement solutions. The Continuous Improvement Specialist will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement across the organization, utilizing best practices and industry trends to develop solutions, and leading implementation efforts. We are expecting the successful candidate to have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. To be considered for this role, applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a closely related field, and at least 3-5 years of experience in a related role.
