  1. Capture and archive important documents and records for clients efficiently and accurately.
  2. Ensure all documents and records are organized and stored in a secure manner.
  3. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of all archived materials.
  4. Utilize company software and systems to input and track archived documents.
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of all archiving tasks.
  6. Communicate with clients to understand their specific archiving needs and requirements.
  7. Maintain confidentiality and security of all archived materials.
  8. Keep detailed records of all archived documents and update them as needed.
  9. Identify any potential issues or discrepancies in archived materials and report them to management.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient archiving processes.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  12. Continuously strive to improve and streamline archiving processes.
  13. Meet all deadlines and ensure timely delivery of archived materials to clients.
  14. Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  15. Take responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of all archived materials.
