Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Manager at Intuitive Surgical. As a global leader in robotic-assisted surgical technology, we are dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovation and excellence. The Warehouse Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our warehouse operations.   1. Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes.
  2. Develop and implement efficient and effective warehouse processes and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize errors.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
  4. Train and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling, performance management, and providing ongoing support and guidance.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet inventory needs and fulfill orders in a timely manner.
  6. Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety and compliance regulations.
  7. Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  8. Manage relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms for the procurement of warehouse supplies and equipment.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes to meet changing business needs and support company growth.
  10. Communicate with other departments and provide regular updates on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and any potential issues or delays.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with shipping carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  12. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in warehouse management, and implement new strategies as needed.
  13. Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of inventory levels and costs.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Warehouse Operations, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Inventory Management Systems And Processes.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills.

  • Ability To Manage A Team And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
