
Warehouse Manager

- Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes.
- Develop and implement efficient and effective warehouse processes and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize errors.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling, performance management, and providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet inventory needs and fulfill orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety and compliance regulations.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms for the procurement of warehouse supplies and equipment.
- Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes to meet changing business needs and support company growth.
- Communicate with other departments and provide regular updates on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and any potential issues or delays.
- Develop and maintain relationships with shipping carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in warehouse management, and implement new strategies as needed.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of inventory levels and costs.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Warehouse Operations, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Inventory Management Systems And Processes.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills.
Ability To Manage A Team And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
