- Conduct remote and on-site technical support for customers as needed.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulations and standards.
- Participate in product testing and provide feedback to the engineering team for product improvement.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, providing valuable insights and suggestions for product enhancements.
- Maintain technical expertise on Intuitive Surgical products and stay updated on changes and upgrades.
- Take ownership of customer issues and ensure timely resolution to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or A Similar Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Robotics, Medical Devices, And Software Systems.
Excellent Troubleshooting Skills And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Internal Teams.
