- Develop and execute supply and demand plans to meet business objectives and customer needs.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to analyze demand patterns and forecast future demand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to understand product demand and develop supply plans.
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for adjustments to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply issues.
- Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and maintain effective processes and procedures for supply and demand planning.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in supply chain management to continuously improve processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on supply chain strategies and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure new products are successfully integrated into the supply chain.
- Train and mentor junior supply chain team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supply and demand plans and forecasts.
- Assist with the development and management of budgets related to supply chain planning.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to supply chain management.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Planning, Demand Forecasting, Or Inventory Management.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Experience Using Data Analysis Tools Such As Excel, Tableau, Or Sap.
Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes And Principles, Including Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, And Production Scheduling.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Supply Chain Updates And Forecasts To Stakeholders.
