At Intuitive Surgical, we are looking for an experienced Sr Financial Analyst HR & Benefits to join our Human Resources team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving financial analysis and decision support for our global Human Resources and Benefits functions.The ideal candidate will bring a combination of financial acumen, technical excellence, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.We seek a motivated, detail-oriented professional with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required; a CPA or MBA is preferred. Responsibilities:

1. Develop financial models and provide financial analysis and decision support for global Human Resource and Benefits functions.
2. Utilize data-driven analysis to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
3. Manage multiple projects and priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
5. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with HR and Benefits stakeholders.
6. Maintain knowledge of HR & Benefits systems and processes.
7. Utilize Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools to create reports, analyze data, and present findings.
8. Provide support to the Human Resources and Benefits teams as needed.
9. Monitor and report on budget performance.
10. Participate in the development of HR & Benefits strategies and initiatives.
