- Lead the optimization of the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) and Veeva/Trackwise platforms to ensure the highest level of quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify gaps, and develop solutions to improve business processes and systems.
- Conduct system audits and gap assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for eQMS and Veeva/Trackwise, providing guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
- Continuously monitor and analyze system performance and recommend enhancements or modifications to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Actively participate in system upgrades and implementations, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in eQMS and Veeva/Trackwise to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Mentor and train junior team members on eQMS and Veeva/Trackwise best practices and processes.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
- Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, to maintain a compliant and audit-ready eQMS and Veeva/Trackwise system.
