Sr. Analyst, SEC Reporting Technical Accounting

We are looking for a Sr. Analyst, SEC Reporting Technical Accounting to join our dynamic and innovative team at Intuitive Surgical. This individual will be a key player in the preparation and filing of the company’s 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and 8-Ks, as well as other SEC filings, while also providing technical accounting support. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and technical accounting skills, as well as a passion for learning and a commitment to excellence.We seek a professional with a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, as well as at least 3+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on SEC reporting and technical accounting. The successful candidate should also have CPA certification and/or experience in preparation of SEC filings. Prior experience at a public company and/or healthcare industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and file the company’s 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and 8-Ks, as well as other SEC filings.
2. Provide technical accounting support.
3. Utilize strong analytical and technical accounting skills.
4. Demonstrate a passion for learning and a commitment to excellence.
5. Adhere to CPA certification guidelines.
6. Remain current with public company and/or healthcare industry regulations.
7. Collaborate with other SEC reporting professionals.
8. Analyze and interpret financial data.
9. Prepare detailed financial reports.
10. Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
