  1. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for the manufacturing of medical devices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and root cause analyses to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  3. Create and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, protocols, and reports.
  4. Lead and participate in design and process improvement initiatives to enhance the performance and reliability of medical devices.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful launch of new products.
  6. Monitor and analyze product performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  7. Conduct supplier audits and work closely with vendors to ensure the quality of materials and components used in manufacturing.
  8. Provide guidance and support to manufacturing teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and protocols.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and make recommendations for process improvements.
  10. Mentor and train junior quality engineers to develop their skills and knowledge in quality engineering principles.
  11. Participate in regulatory inspections and audits, providing necessary documentation and support.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mechanical Or Electrical Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering Within The Medical Device Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Electromechanical Systems And Their Design, Development, And Manufacturing Processes.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Iso Standards Related To Medical Devices.

  • Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Complex Projects, Including Risk Management, Validation, And Design Control Activities.
