Senior Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Intuitive Surgical. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing manufacturing operations, ensuring that all production and quality requirements are met. You will drive efficiency, scalability, and cost reduction initiatives while ensuring the highest levels of safety and quality standards are maintained.We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer who has a strong background in manufacturing engineering and operations, preferably in the medical device or other regulated industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for innovating and improving processes. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required, and a Master’s degree or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities:

7. Identify and resolve manufacturing issues in a timely manner.
8. Develop and implement process control plans.
9. Train and supervise staff, and ensure they are up to date on safety and quality standards.
10. Maintain accurate records and documentation of production processes.
