
Senior Analyst, Workday

- Act as the subject matter expert for all things related to the Workday system, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Finance, to identify and implement solutions to address business needs and improve system efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of Workday data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Proactively identify potential system issues and provide recommendations for resolution, working closely with technical teams as needed.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials for Workday processes and procedures.
- Assist with system upgrades and implementations, including testing, data migration, and training.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving Workday-related issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor system usage and data integrity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to optimize system performance.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in Workday technology, making recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Serve as a liaison between the Workday team and internal stakeholders, communicating updates and changes to system functionality and processes.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, utilizing your expertise and knowledge of Workday to drive success.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Information Systems, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience Working With Workday, Preferably In A Senior Analyst Or Similar Role.
Strong Understanding Of Workday Architecture And Modules, Including Hcm, Payroll, And Time Tracking.
Experience Leading And Implementing Workday Projects And Managing System Upgrades And Enhancements.
Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
