As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our innovative products from conception to launch.   1. Lead and manage the entire product development process, from conception to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of innovative products.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for new product development projects, while also identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment and drive the progress of projects.
  4. Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, identifying potential roadblocks, and recommending solutions.
  5. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, monitor budget, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
  6. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the New Product Development team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to improve processes and increase efficiency.
  7. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of project components and materials.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform product development strategies and decisions.
  9. Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster their professional growth and development.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and network with potential partners and customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Or Project Management, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Technology Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing New Product Development Projects From Concept To Launch.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Teams From Engineering, Marketing, And Finance.

  • Strong Understanding Of Product Development Processes And Methodologies, As Well As Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements For Medical Devices.
