  1. Lead and manage the production processes for Intuitive Surgical, overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations.
  2. Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and quality of production processes.
  3. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes, ensuring consistency and adherence to company standards.
  4. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production-related issues in a timely manner.
  6. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies in all production processes.
  7. Train and mentor production team members to ensure their understanding and adherence to production processes.
  8. Monitor and manage the production budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing cost-effective strategies.
  9. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for production.
  10. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
  11. Lead and support production-related projects, providing guidance and resources as needed.
  12. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in production processes and make recommendations for their implementation.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the production team.
  14. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its mission and values.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Production Or Manufacturing Management Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Lean And Six Sigma Methodologies.

  • Experience In Process Improvement And Implementation Of New Production Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate Cross-Functionally.
