Responsibilities:

1. Receive, store, and issue materials, equipment, and other items from stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard.
2. Maintain records of received or distributed goods and materials.
3. Load and unload trucks and other vehicles.
4. Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.
5. Count and verify materials and items received or distributed.
6. Operate hand trucks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
7. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard.
8. Follow established policies and procedures related to material handling.
9. Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies.
10. Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to material handling.
11. Assist with other tasks as needed.
