Manager - Clinical Research Engineering
Intuitive Surgical is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Clinical Research Engineering to join our dynamic team. - Manage a team of engineers to ensure timely and successful completion of clinical research projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute research plans and strategies.
- Lead the design and development of innovative technologies for use in clinical research studies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in research studies.
- Monitor and analyze data collected from clinical research studies, and provide insights and recommendations.
- Communicate project updates and results to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Identify and address any technical or operational issues that may arise during the course of a research study.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in engineering and clinical research, and incorporate them into the company's research strategies.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events, and build relationships with key stakeholders in the medical research community.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Clinical Research Or Medical Device Industry.
Experience Managing A Team Of Engineers And/Or Researchers.
Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Clinical Trial Processes.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
