Manager, Clinical Development Engineering

Intuitive Surgical seeks a highly motivated Manager, Clinical Development Engineering to join our growing team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be well organized, have strong interpersonal skills, and possess a deep understanding of the engineering and clinical development processes.The Manager, Clinical Development Engineering will be responsible for leading a team in a fast-paced clinical development environment in order to develop innovative medical device solutions. The successful candidate must be able to quickly assess and respond to changing conditions in order to ensure that Intuitive Surgical's clinical development projects are delivered on time and on budget.Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field• 8+ years of experience in the medical device industry• 5+ years of experience in clinical development• Excellent leadership and communication skills• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills• Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
