- Lead the development and launch of new products in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including research and development, marketing, and clinical teams.
- Develop and execute product strategies to achieve business objectives and maintain our position as a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends, and use this information to inform product development plans.
- Create and manage product roadmaps and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of new products to market.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer feedback and incorporate it into product development plans.
- Manage product budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective use of company assets.
- Work closely with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure products meet all necessary requirements and obtain necessary approvals.
- Monitor and analyze product performance and make recommendations for product improvements or modifications.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Communicate product updates and developments to internal and external stakeholders, including presenting at conferences and trade shows.
- Mentor and develop a team of product managers to drive excellence and growth within the organization.

Extensive Experience In Product Management: The Group Product Manager Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products Through Their Lifecycle.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Group Product Manager, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Product Managers And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams. Therefore, They Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Influence Others, And Drive Results.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Upstream Product Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Upstream Product Management, Including Market Analysis, Product Strategy, And Roadmap Development.
