Job Description

Intuitive Surgical is looking for an experienced Customer Trainer to join our world-class team. We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating a positive training experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer education, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a desire to help our customers succeed.To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least five years of customer service training experience, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills. The Customer Trainer must also be comfortable working both independently and in a team environment.If you are an energetic professional with a “can-do” attitude, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service and create a positive training experience.
  2. Develop and deliver customer training programs that meet customer education needs.
  3. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer issues and inquiries.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Track customer training metrics and provide feedback to the team.
  6. Maintain a strong knowledge of customer service best practices.
  7. Maintain accurate records of customer training sessions.
  8. Monitor customer feedback and create strategies to improve customer experience.
  9. Remain up-to-date with changes to relevant regulations and industry standards.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
