Intuitive Surgical is looking for an experienced Customer Trainer to join our world-class team. We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating a positive training experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer education, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a desire to help our customers succeed.To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least five years of customer service training experience, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive training experience.
- Develop and deliver customer training programs that meet customer education needs.

- Maintain accurate records of customer training sessions.

- Remain up-to-date with changes to relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
