Clinical Territory Associate

Intuitive Surgical is looking for a dynamic Clinical Territory Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be an energetic professional with proven sales experience, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing healthcare solutions to our customers.The Clinical Territory Associate will be responsible for working with surgeons, hospitals, and other healthcare providers to promote and educate them on our products. This individual will use their clinical expertise to assess customer needs and provide product training and support.To be successful in this role, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field, a minimum of two years of sales experience in a related field, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, highly organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

1. Work with surgeons, hospitals, and other healthcare providers to promote and educate them on our products.
2. Use clinical expertise to assess customer needs and provide product training and support.
3. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Maintain customer relationships and provide follow-up support.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
6. Track and record customer feedback and communicate it to the appropriate teams.
7. Monitor the competitive landscape and identify new opportunities.
8. Stay current with industry trends and advancements.
9. Develop and deliver presentations to promote our products.
10. Participate in trade shows and conferences.
